COURSE WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICIES
Verbal/Written notice for course withdrawal or transfer must be received by the Calgary Real Estate Board Education Department four (4) full business days (does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or statutory holidays) before the start date of the course to be eligible for a full refund less $50 administration fee. Students whose withdrawal notices are not received four (4) full business days before the start of the course start are liable for the entire course fee
Being on time for a course is important, there is a 15-minute grace period, however beyond that students who are more than 15-minutes late for their course risk losing their seat to a wait-listed student or their ability to meet any 100% attendance requirements and will have to be re-scheduled into the next available course
